10. Open bow3, copy and paste to canvas above frame layer, position as shown.
11. On the right side, I placed these elements:
flower2, resized 75%, duplicated once
rose (erase stem below leaves), duplicated once and rotated
deco2, resized 75%
heart1, resized 75%
flower2, resized 75%, duplicated once
flower1, resized 60%, duplicated once

12. Open tube, copy and paste above previous layer.
13. Duplicate tube layer, change blend mode to "Soft Light".
14. Add name above all other layers. I used Nina Script Demo, size 80 (or 100 for shorter name) black, with 2px stroke #8e0e3d.
15. Add wordart.
16. Add drop shadow to all elements if desired.
17. Create new layer, flood fill #cf1255. Drag layer to bottom of layers.

19. Add mask of choice (I used WSL_Mask363) to layer {Press "Q" while on layer to enter quickmask selection, copy mask and paste, resize to fit canvas (Ctrl-T and then drag each side to edge of canvas, press enter to accept selection), Press "Q" again, then click on the button at the bottom of the layers that is a rectangle with a circle in the middle. Resize as desired and use eraser tool around edges.
20. Be sure to delete white background layer before saving.
21. Add your watermark, save as .png and you are finished!
*Note* I always save my tags as a .psd file in case I make mistakes and to offer to others.
